Love Stories

For couples who want to commemorate their love in a way that feels unscripted, unpretentious, and true to who they are together.

Sound like you? Read on!

After spending the last few years building a small business documenting weddings, I recently decided to pivot away from the traditional wedding video world and focus on crafting a different kind of film – smaller, more intimate and authentic.

These films are for anyone in love – whether you've been together two years, ten, fifty. Whether you're engaged, married, partnered. Whoever you are, and however you identify yourself and your commitment.

What does this look like?

Your film will comprise two elements:

  1. A conversation with you about your love story: how you met, what you value most in one another, ups and downs, reflections on your journey together and what you hope for the future... it's unscripted, we'll go wherever the conversation takes us! I aim to capture the little things that make your relationship yours. Ideally this conversation takes place in a relatively quiet setting with little audio interruption.

  2. An activity or place that is meaningful to you both. Examples include: hanging out in the park where you first met, cooking your favorite meal together, listening to records, walking around your favorite neighborhood, seeing a movie at your local theater, a trip to a museum, your favorite local bar, moments together in your home... anything that is representative of the life you are building together. This additional footage rounds out the interview.

Commitment

These films require a 3-4 hour time commitment depending on the scope of your chosen activity. If you are planning a small (up to 10 guests) wedding ceremony or elopement, I would be more than happy to film that in place of the activity!

Love looks different for everyone, and I celebrate that. I want you to feel welcome, seen, and comfortable being yourselves with me. I am currently offering a sliding scale pay-what-you-can rate of $450-$650 for coup, inclusive of filming and editing.

If you're curious, let's chat — I'd be so happy to hear from you.
